YOGA FOR HEALTHY AGING AT AMAL
Aging might be inevitable but we can extend our “health span” through Yoga. Yoga can help us be stronger, more flexible and move with more confidence. And to think more clearly!
In this series of classes we’ll practice yoga that supports healthy aging – in our bodies and our minds. Classes are low-intensity and slower-paced. Suitable for EVERY BODY!
