Her work is driven by a commitment to cultivating meaningful relationships\, ensuring that all individuals\, regardless of background or ability\, have access to valuable employment opportunities. \nSara Burrows\nSara is a Career Talent Consultant at the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW) in St. John’s. She has been developing and implementing innovative programs tailored for diverse disabilities\, fostering strong community relationships and assisting employers in becoming disability confident. Sara is passionate about community engagement and non-profit administration\, serving as the Vice Chair of the Pottle Centre\, she actively supports the organization’s mission to provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals living with mental illness. \nRamy Abdulzaher\nRamy is the co-founder of Bonocle\, an award-winning startup that develops braille education and entertainment products to support blind children and adults in learning how to read and write using braille. Ramy has worked closely alongside individuals with disabilities\, which has given him a deep\, practical understanding of accessibility in both innovation and workplace settings.
