Join us for Community Pilates Classes—a free\, beginner-friendly weekly class that’s all about mindful movement\, connection\, and taking time for yourself. \nAmal Unite & Empower has teamed up with The Cross Sea Academy of Movement Education to offer this unique opportunity to care for your body and unwind after your day. \nWhat is Pilates? Pilates is a full-body physical fitness system originally created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. You can expect simple yet challenging movements to improve core strength\, mobility\, posture\, and stability. It focuses on simple\, intentional movements that support both physical and mental wellness. \n⏰ 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM📍 Bannerman Park (outdoors when weather allows)🌧 Backup Location: 7 Ricketts Rd. Gym💲 Free \n🗓 First class: Thursday\, July 3rd\, 2025 will be led by Robyn Breen\, founder of The Cross Sea Academy and an experienced educator with over 18 years of teaching movement. After that\, certified student teachers will take over\, offering thoughtful\, accessible classes each week. Student teachers for the series hold a Foundation certification and are completing their Fundamentals.
