Assistance in navigating life challenges and achieving optimal health and wellness can enhance life. Our private practice team provides individual, family and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in a warm, welcoming space.

Our counselling services are offered by experienced professionals including Clinical Social Workers, Psychologists and Certified Counsellors. Members of the team are trained in a variety of clinical interventions including:

Our clinical team offers in-person and virtual sessions and can accommodate daytime and evening appointments.

Holistic Wellness Services

Complementing our counselling services, our Wellness Centre associates provide a diverse range of holistic health and wellness programs for children, youth and adults.

Our health and wellness programs are offered in a variety of forms and attend to the diverse needs and interests of our community. We offer both group and private programming ranging from one-time sessions or workshops, recurrent open or closed classes, individual sessions, and retreats. In addition, our team offers a range of therapeutic and psychoeducational groups. All services are accessible and inclusive and are facilitated in a safe, welcoming environment.

Health and wellness programs are offered by practitioners from a variety of disciplines and our Associates are trained in areas such as:

Fees and Payment

Depending on the nature of the service received, insurance coverage and payment arrangements may differ. For many of our groups payment is due at the time of registration. For our clinical services, invoices are issued monthly, and official receipts for insurance and tax purposes are provided once payment is received. At AMAL we accept debit, credit, or electronic transfer. Also, we can offer direct billing with some EAP providers.
